Ramon Vallejo's Conjunto, a 9 piece salsa band with 2 trombones, takes to the main stage at the 2016 Tropical Pressure Festival at 5pm Friday 15th July...

Ramon Vallejo, originally from Comayaguela, Honduras, has been singing, composing and leading Latin Salsa bands in the UK & Europe for twenty-five years.

In the past Ramon worked with all the top salsa bands in the UK and London including Roberto Pla, Snowboy, and has performed and recorded with Felix Valoy from the Afro-Cuban All Stars and Ibrahim Ferrer from the Buena Vista Social Club. He has also shared a stage with Lance Ellington (Strictly Come Dancing singer) with Robin Jones & King Salsa

In 2015 he met up with a gang of Latin musicians at that year’s Tropical Pressure Festival and was inspired to dust off his ‘tubes’ and return to the stage! He played a sell-out come back gig at the Eco Park earlier this year and blew us all away…
