Peregrinations These are a few of the musical treats in store within five minutes of The Moor over the next few days...

Tonight (Flora Day) One is spoiled for choice with The Burned Out All Stars continue their funky odyssey at The Kings Head. The Heathens will be gracing the Q Bar with their unique brand of anarchy to a purpose and there's probably a live band at the Watermans, also Gerry Gillard's excellent Jam Night at Finns.

Friday brings the Kitty Kat Club to the Q, part live and part decks and just down at Finns (McCouls) The Sex Slaves form Hell will be belting it out (RIP Gaz - we'll miss your solos, giving the others time for a beer). Think there's a band at the Prince (of Wales) & probably The Jakes (top of Ladder).

Saturday is likely to be busy but the only thing I know of is Hip Hop Beats w/Tech at the Q.

Sunday probably has the Songwriters show case at the Jakes, certainly Perry will host an open mike at The Q 5-9pm, followed by Titan Sounds' cool dub an' such. Every Sunday evening Me and The Devil play pretty authentic Delta Blues at the Star (& Garter) under the High Street Arch. TiGeR will probably be there on Monday with Robf (webmeister) for great jazz, but that's another week!

Boogie on!
