Music Kubb return to county on back of major chart success! Presented by SW1 Productions Saturday 29 April...

"An extraordinary debut which will be either impossible to follow or the first marker for future greatness" is how the Sunday Times described Kubb’s debut album Mother (currently number 26) which has followed recent trends by climbing steadily up the charts, growing support each week as more and more people find out about the band.

After weeks of major radio and tv support (which included some stunning live performances from the band on the likes of Jonathan Ross’s show, TOTP and GMTV) the anthemic and haunting single ‘Grow’ also charted this weekend at no 18.

On the back of this the band have announced another UK tour for April. Apart from the obvious connections to the region with Harry, the agent for the band noticed that Cornwall can provide a real showcase ground for up and coming talent like Kubb.

Since their first appearance on the James Blunt line-up at Unleashed last summer, the fan base for the band has been growing and after the demand for tickets for their Watering Hole show, which received rave reviews, it was apparent that a lot of people out there wanted to see the band come back.

Doors 7.30pm, Tickets £11 Over 14’s only.
